TGPC's exclusive collection includes stunning studio works by Thomas Kinkade, the "Painter of Light", and all adaptations and derivations that may be created from them. All rights to these outstanding images are owned by TGPC and are available only through TGPC and its authorized representatives. TGPC's unique rights, including the ability to create unlimited numbers of open edition prints and posters, enable us to meet the price points your company needs and provide the possibility of a wide array of imagery suitable for almost any product line.

TGPC's exclusive image rights, which rights were granted by Thomas Kinkade and The Thomas Kinkade Company, including the rights to adapt, sub-license, and utilize its images in conjunction with all manner of products, all without further approval of The Thomas Kinkade Company, are unique in the world. These rights, which have a life of more than eighty years, are completely documented through a written contract with The Thomas Kinkade Company and a written legal decision that resulted from the adjudication of these rights.

Companies that work with TGPC deal only with TGPC. All purchase and license agreements are handled in-house rather than by an outside agency and no approvals are required from Thomas Kinkade or The Thomas Kinkade Company. TGPC has the freedom to deal promptly and responsively with its customers.

TGPC has the ability to work with companies that may not be able to acquire Thomas Kinkade artwork for their market(s) and/or product lines from The Thomas Kinkade Company. Further, TGPC is not restricted by third party agreements with Thomas Kinkade galleries or licensees of The Thomas Kinkade Company. While rumors occasionally float through the marketplace that suggest our rights are less than they actually are, such rumors are untrue. All of the documentation of TGPC's unique rights are fully available to the representatives of companies considering doing business with us.
