TGPC's exclusive rights in Thomas Kinkade artwork, granted to us by Thomas Kinkade and The Thomas Kinkade Company, are unique in the world. Our rights include the ability to adapt, sub-license, and utilize our Kinkade images in conjunction with all manner of products, and to do so without approval or oversight by Thomas Kinkade, The Thomas Kinkade Company, Creative Brands Group, or their affiliates. Our rights have decades of remaining life, are fully documented and have been adjudicated.

We are free to enter into licensing agreements with any company as we have no outstanding third party agreements with Thomas Kinkade, The Thomas Kinkade Company, Creative Brands Group, Thomas Kinkade galleries, licensees of Creative Brands Group and/or The Thomas Kinkade Company, or affiliates of any of them, which in any way restrict our selection of licensees. Consequently, companies that may not be able to acquire Thomas Kinkade imagery in their geographic market(s) or for their product line(s) directly from The Thomas Kinkade Company or Creative Brands Group may be able to do so through TGPC. Further, you will find our product approval's to be timely and our emphasis is on doing everything we can to help make your new product(s) a success.
